This vibrant cultural explosion takes over the outdoor pavilion at Veterans Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring, turning the concrete plaza into a massive open-air dance floor packed with the heartfelt, upbeat tempos of live Bachata, Salsa, and Merengue.
